Объекты гражданской обороны появятся в будущих кварталах столичной программы реновации, рассказала журналистам председатель Москомархитектуры Юлиана Княжевская. Ее цитирует "Интерфакс".
"Всегда была директива строительства объектов ГО ЧС, то есть бомбоубежищ, в рамках городской застройки. Она остается. Объекты ГО ЧС не в каждом квартале реновации, но будут на сто процентов", — сказала Княжевская.
В Москве существует сеть защитных сооружений гражданской обороны, в том числе капитальные объекты, включая бомбоубежища времен Великой Отечественной войны, сооружения двойного назначения, включая Московский метрополитен, и на случай необходимости — быстро возводимые убежища. Общее число бомбоубежищ в Москве является государственной тайной.
В октябре 2016 года руководство ГУ МЧС заявило о том, что в подземных сооружениях сможет укрыться все население столицы, однако, по данным экспертов, во всех убежищах могут разместиться от 50 до 100 тысяч человек, а у города нет достаточного количества контролеров и охранников, чтобы следить за состоянием укрытий. Не стоит надеяться и на метро: по словам диггеров, от ядерного удара оно не спасет, а во время неядерных бомбежек внизу можно провести максимум два-три дня. К тому же большинство столичных укрытий строились еще в 1950-х годах и либо вовсе не подлежат реконструкции, либо сдаются в аренду.

Капчук сообщил, что на прошлой неделе, когда стало известно о смерти Глушкова в Лондоне, на него вышли британские СМИ. "Мне звонили журналисты разных газет и телеканалов, все они хотели записать интервью со мной.
