You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of us receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order.
To request an exchange, please call Customer Service at 805 272-9170. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed. Sorry, but exchanges cannot be performed on PayPal orders.
If you need to return an item, please fill out the returns form included in your package.
Please be sure to note the item you are returning and the reason for your return using the codes provided.
Please affix the provided peel off label to your return package and include the bottom portion of the form in your box. The top portion is for your records.
Once you have completed the form, please box it up and send it by ground freight. (We recommend purchasing tracking information to help expedite return claims).
Return Shipping is not Pre-Paid. Please contact Customer Service if you have misplaced your return label and need information on our return locations.
